Hey birdies! I have decided to raise up my fitness level as we are heading towards Christmas rapidly. I'm sure in one month's time I will be stuffing my face with lots of yummy goodies, so at least I'm getting in shape now and I'll binge then. It's not a good advice though, so don't do it like me. You just do you!
