I don't really do Valentine's Day... I mean, I might get some roses and chocolate from my RL husband, but doubtfully I'll get something from someone in SL. Don't get me wrong, it's really nice opportunity to spend it with your loved ones. I would like to share this day with a special person in-world, but there's 99% chance I won't.
